Tini returns home after a hard-working day at the office. She is surprised about a little present, because someone has placed a bottle of wine, of which Tini pours something into a glass without hesitation, in order to drink some of it. She takes a few sips and enjoys the peaceful silence and her evening. After drinking a few sips, Tini feels hot, and her breathing seems difficult, when she also notices increasing pain inside her chest, which getting stronger and stronger. The secretary falls to the ground and writhes in pain and finally, she looses consciousness.

Moments later, Tini's friend and roommate Zarah opens the door and finds the secretary motionless on the floor. Zarah is shocked and wastes no time to check Tini's pulse, heartbeat and breathing. Tini is showing no signs of life and Zarah starts to give cpr measures to her immediately. Zarah is fighting for Tini's life and tries desperately to revive her with heart massage and mouth respiration in alternation for several minutes. Zarah has no idea that Tini has drank wine, which could have been poisoned by someone. Residues of the wine on Tini's lips are transmitted to Zarah through the mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, and after a few minutes also Zarah starts also to show symptoms of a poisoning.
